Undergraduate Student Poster Session

i What is it?

The Student Poster Competition is organized as part of the 6th International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture and Environment (SAE 2026). The competition provides undergraduate students with an opportunity to present research ideas and findings aligned with the conference sub-themes, including climate-smart agriculture and sustainable food production; advanced engineering and smart technologies for Agriculture 4.0; agricultural biotechnology and green innovation; sustainable and safe value-added agri-food processing; environmental protection and ecosystem services; and technology change, economics, and policy for sustainable development.

✓ Guidelines

• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students worldwide.
• Join as individuals or teams of 2 – 5 people.
• One poster design per participant/team.
• Content must be based on research.
• Selected posters will be displayed during the official SAE 2026 student competition session.

▣ Format & Template

• High-resolution PDF, size A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) portrait.
• Naming: (First Writer) University_ThemeNumber_Undergraduate/Postgraduate
• The poster must include the SAE 2026 logo and the participant’s university/institution logo, if applicable.
• Ensure images respect copyright.
• Content: Title, authors, affiliation, contact, abstract, introduction, objectives, method, results, conclusion, refs.
